This is what it means to be a true Christian…
To run after the Lord with all your heart. I had a dream the night before last about the importance of this message. We must be resigned to His will, just as Watchman Nee. His will for us is perfect. We are to embrace His will like a glove that fits perfectly over our hand.
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” (Matthew 22:37, KJV). This is the first and greatest commandment, often expanded in Deuteronomy 6:5 to include “all thy might,” emphasizing total, comprehensive devotion to God
Rev 2:4-5
I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.
Rev 3:15
15I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Warn your friends and family, for the time is so short. Brother Levy shared about a customer who took his own life the other day, and I had a client, too, named Bill Simpson, who passed, and I neglected to share the love of Jesus with. Never again, I said. Tell your children vehemently, your families, your friends and yes, strangers. Jesus is Lord, and His coming is at hand. Yes, you will be hated for convicting, as I did, my mom, but tell them: perhaps you may save their eternal soul.
